Wear and tear of our equipment is an expected part of running a business so we ask that you report any damaged equipment or infrastructure as soon as you notice it. If something happens to break whilst you are using it we want you to understand that we will not hold you accountable unless it was intentional or wildly irresponsible. We would much rather know something is damaged and potentially dangerous so it can be decommissioned or fixed to prevent others from being hurt, and so other staff can have working equipment to undertake the tasks we require of them.
